What’s new
Version 3.0.2 · Updated October 7, 2026
What’s New in 3.0.2 • Lower CPU use and less heat during continuous streaming: camera-native capture, leaner audio, archive, and network paths • Thermal care: the streaming screen dims after two minutes of inactivity, and the sensor slows down under sustained heat • Smoother camera rotation and preview start without a crop jump; RTSP sessions survive compatible orientation changes • Saved clips keep their AAC audio track • ONVIF Profile G: fast-forward archive playback, empty replay ranges and recording retrieval handled correctly; RTSP stays available independently of ONVIF • Browser viewer: works from Edge and Chrome on Windows over IPv6, the camera's .local address opens instantly in Safari, and video resumes after a brief Wi-Fi drop • WebRTC keyframe recovery is bounded and the viewer slot frees up quickly for the next viewer; the sound detector stays idle while the room is silent • Service problems (RTSP, HTTP, discovery) are now reported on the status screen • Diagnostics, health reporting, and translation updates
