KAm Link

KAm Link is the mobile companion for ACTAS file exchange. Connect to your ACTAS unit over Bluetooth, then transfer files quickly over a local Wi‑Fi link — no internet required. HOW IT WORKS 1. Scan for nearby ACTAS devices over Bluetooth 2. Tap Connect 3. Join the ACTAS Wi‑Fi hotspot when iOS asks (tap Join) 4. Browse, upload, and download files over the local Wi‑Fi connection Bluetooth is used to find and connect to the ACTAS device and to control the session. File transfers run over the device’s local Wi‑Fi hotspot for much faster speeds than Bluetooth alone. FEATURES • Discover ACTAS devices nearby • Browse folders and files on the connected unit • Upload files from your phone • Download files to your phone • Sync staged uploads onto the ACTAS USB volume (via Bluetooth control) • Resume interrupted transfers when possible PRIVACY & OFFLINE USE • No account required • No cloud storage • Transfers stay between your phone and the ACTAS device • Uses Bluetooth and local network access only for ACTAS file transfer When iOS asks about joining Wi‑Fi or “no internet,” tap Join and Keep Trying Wi‑Fi — the connection is local to the ACTAS device and does not use your cellular data for file transfer.
