Oversite Pro

OverSite is the field app for security officers on the OverSite security operations platform. Clock in, patrol your route, and report what you see, all in one app built for real shifts at real sites. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Clock in and out with GPS-verified, geofenced punches tied to your scheduled site • Scan checkpoint QR codes and capture required photos to log a verifiable patrol tour • Take meal and rest breaks with timers and reminders that follow your state's rules • Declare a gas stop before you leave the site so a refuel is never logged as leaving your post • Report incidents on the spot with photos and severity levels • Pull up digital post orders that are always the current version • See your schedule, upcoming shifts, and shift details at a glance • Message your supervisor and site team directly from the app • Review your timesheets and acknowledge write-ups • Get real-time push notifications for schedule changes and alerts • Sign in on a shared site phone with your name and a personal PIN, no personal device required BUILT FOR THE JOB OverSite replaces paper logs and end-of-shift phone calls with a record your supervisor can see as it happens, so a completed patrol, a logged incident, or a clocked shift is verifiable, not just claimed. WHO IT'S FOR OverSite is used by security companies of every size. Any company can subscribe at oversiteapp.com, add its sites and officers, and start scheduling the same day. Officers sign in with the account their company creates for them. ABOUT LOCATION OverSite uses your precise location, including while the app is in the background, to verify checkpoint scans and clock-ins against your assigned site and to share your location with your company during an active shift. Location sharing stops automatically when you clock out. See our Privacy Policy for details.
