Locate2u Pickup

L2u Pickup is the warehouse companion app for handing parcels to customers collecting in person—built for speed, accuracy, and rock-solid proof of every handover. Designed for warehouse and depot staff, L2u Pickup turns every collection into a verified, auditable event. Find the order, check the parcels, capture the proof, and release the goods—in under a minute, even when the warehouse Wi-Fi drops out. BUILT FOR THE WAREHOUSE FLOOR • Today's pickup queue at a glance, with live counts of what's awaiting collection and what's already been collected. • Fast search by customer name, order reference, or source reference. • Clear status at all times—Ready to pick, On hold, or Picked up. • Tap a phone number to call the customer without leaving the app. • Optimised for both phones and tablets, with a side-by-side queue and detail view in landscape. SCAN TO FIND, INSTANTLY • Scan a parcel barcode or QR code to jump straight to the matching order. • Multiple matches? The queue filters down automatically so you pick the right one. PROOF OF PICKUP, STEP BY STEP A guided four-step handover captures everything you need: 1. Verify parcels—check off each item as you pull it from the bay. 2. Handover photo—snap a photo of the parcels at the counter. 3. Signature—the recipient signs directly on the screen. 4. Confirm—record who collected, flag collections made on someone's behalf, and add any notes. Approximate location is recorded automatically with each pickup, so every handover has a time, a place, a photo, and a signature behind it. WORKS OFFLINE, NEVER LOSES DATA The warehouse is no place for spotty signal. L2u Pickup is offline-first: • Every pickup is saved to the device the moment you capture it. • Photos, signatures, and collection details are queued locally and upload automatically the instant you're back online. • Nothing is lost if the app closes, the network drops, or you move between dead zones. SECURE BY DESIGN • Sign in securely with your Locate2u account. • Credentials are stored in the device's encrypted secure storage. • Sessions stay valid offline so you can keep working without interruption. L2u Pickup is part of the Locate2u platform, connecting warehouse collections to the same delivery and logistics tools your team already relies on. A Locate2u account is required to use this app.
