Sumi - Ink Marbling

Paint with floating ink. Sumi brings suminagashi, the centuries-old Japanese art of floating ink on water, to your iPhone. Tap to let a drop of ink fall onto the water and watch it bloom into crisp, concentric rings. Drag your finger through the water to pull those rings into swirls, waves and curls that keep drifting after you let go. No two pieces are ever the same. Choose from classic inks like Sumi black, Matcha, Sakura and Indigo, or mix your own colors. When you're happy with your piece, lift it as a print, set it as your wallpaper, or watch a time-lapse of how it came to life. Sumi is a quiet space to unwind and create. No accounts, no data collected. Just you, the ink and the water. Slow down. Create. Flow.
