About MyGymCoach
MyGymCoach is a workout planning and logging app for lifters and athletes who want clear training structure. Create and follow training phases, view daily workouts, log sets, notes, and maintain-tension feedback, track check-ins, and keep exercise setup cues close at hand. Use progression options to guide how reps and weight move over time, review workout history, and browse learning resources for better execution. An existing MyGymCoach account is required to sign in. The app is free to download and does not offer in-app purchases.

Coaching is now built in. If you work with a coach, join with your coach's invite to get your program, message your coach, and send weekly check-ins, all in the same app. Coaching clients get push notifications for new messages, check-in reviews and program updates. Also includes iPad improvements and fixes.
