About Unclench: TMJ & Jaw Exercises

EASE JAW PAIN IN 5 MINUTES A DAY Unclench is a guided jaw exercise program for people dealing with TMJ pain, jaw tension, teeth grinding, and clenching. Every exercise is demonstrated by a real person on video. A calm voice guides you from start to finish, so you can see where to place your hands, how to move, and how slowly to go. • Just 5 minutes a day • No equipment needed • Gentle guided exercises • A routine that adapts to you GENTLE, CONSERVATIVE JAW CARE Gentle jaw exercises, relaxation techniques, and reducing clenching habits are commonly used as conservative approaches for TMD symptoms. Unclench makes those daily habits simple to follow at home — without complicated instructions, gadgets, or jargon. HOW IT WORKS Start with a short onboarding quiz about your symptoms and goals. Unclench uses your answers to shape your daily routine. Each session combines calming techniques, self-massage, and gentle jaw movement in about five minutes. Follow the video. Listen to the guidance. Move at your own pace. RELIEF WHEN YOU NEED IT Jaw bothering you outside your normal session? Quick Relief gives you a short calming routine you can start with one tap. If an exercise becomes uncomfortable, tell Unclench. Your session can adjust, move to something gentler, or stop there. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Answer two quick questions each week and watch your jaw-pain trend over time. Simple, useful, and based on what you report. UNCLENCH MAY BE HELPFUL IF YOU EXPERIENCE: • Jaw pain, soreness, or tension • Teeth grinding or clenching • Morning jaw tightness • Clicking or popping • Temple headaches • Jaw fatigue while eating • Difficulty opening comfortably Unclench provides general wellness and educational guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
