About Al-Nargis Residents

Change your phone number from Profile: enter the new number and your password, then the code we send on WhatsApp. The office's records update for all your units. Your other phones get an alert naming the device when your account signs in on a new one. When a phone is signed out, the sign-in screen says why: the account was opened on a fourth phone, it was signed out from another phone, or the password or number changed. The devices list explains the three-phone limit. The unread count on the app icon, cleared as you read. Arabic digits (٠-٩) work in phone numbers, codes and every other field. Didn't get a sign-up code? A button to message the office on WhatsApp. Lists refresh in place instead of jumping to the top, and the app opens instantly on your last data when the network is slow. Statements for past years. Long-press to cancel a pass, and "Undo pass" right after creating one. Notifications open the right place: the bill, the announcement or the receipt. Your unit's history starts from your move-in date, without the previous resident's bills and receipts. Your feedback and request ratings now reach the office directly. Bill notifications arrive in the morning instead of after midnight, and the golden subscription shows its real price. Refinements: Arabic plurals, arrow directions, pull to refresh on every list, and room above the bottom bar.
