PRACTICE YOUR WAY Work through cases in the text Coach, or enter a separate, full-screen Voice Coach. In Voice Coach, hear a conversational case opening, speak your answer, review its transcription if you choose, and continue through the same structured case. The examiner voice is AI-generated; speech recognition converts your answer to text for the examiner. You can return to the text conversation at any time. PHYSICIAN-AUTHORED CASE STRUCTURE Frameworks define what information is withheld, when findings are revealed, the key decision points, and how the examiner should probe. Cases progress through diagnosis, management, operative details, complications, recovery, and follow-up using authored patient facts and transitions. Visual OSCE stations and medical vocabulary-optimized dictation are included. TWO PRACTICE MODES Test Mode preserves exam conditions and is designed to avoid unsolicited teaching while the case is in progress. Open Book Mode gives feedback after you commit to an answer. It identifies common traps, provides a board-standard answer and teaching point, and keeps the case moving without revealing the answer to the next decision. Efficiency is scored separately because overly long or unfocused answers can make an oral-board response less effective.
