About iSEAi: Feelings Wheel & Diary

Our philosophy is simple: See. Express. Attune. I SEA I is the practice of seeing yourself with openness and compassion. Instead of fighting your emotions, you learn to surf the waves of your inner world. ISEAI is a container where every emotion is welcomed. Inspired by the mathematical absolute value symbol, it represents a space where your feelings are accepted without judgment. Because you are the sea. Waves and tides are part of nature, just as emotions are part of being human. They rise, they fall, and they don't need to be fixed before they deserve to exist. Features • Meet Eight Original Emotion Companions Artist-created characters that bring your emotions to life and make emotional awareness approachable. • Express Yourself Capture your thoughts and feelings through spinning the emotion wheel and private journaling. • Discover Emotional Patterns Reflect on your emotional journey and gain meaningful insights over time. • Share Your Journey Connect through text-only posts and encourage others with simple, positive interactions. • A Space Without Judgment Whether you're feeling joyful, anxious, calm, frustrated, or anything in between, iSEAi welcomes every emotion with curiosity and compassion. What’s new

Version 1.4.1 · Updated October 24, 2026

- Fixed a keyboard glitch that could show an oversized "Suggested User Name" panel while creating an account. - Swiping between characters on the login/sign-up screen feels smoother and no longer flashes or briefly shows the wrong character. - In Focus mode, the option to share a log to the community is now hidden. - Your companion and app colors now update more reliably after you log, when you reopen the app, and as time passes. - Choosing a companion yourself no longer switches back by itself. - You may occasionally be asked to rate the app after logging a few emotions. It only takes a moment, and you can always dismiss it. - You can now pull down on the Home screen to refresh it, and Home now updates itself automatically right after midnight so it always shows today's date and logs. - The Community feed now shows up to 2 months of posts by default, up from 14 days. - Fixed a post's detail view mislabeling its log content as "Text" instead of "Log". - Fixed the Home screen occasionally showing the greeting overlapping the status bar after coming back from another screen. - You can now comment on posts in the community feed, and post authors can turn comments off for their own posts. Post authors can also remove any comment on their own post, and you'll get a notification (which you can turn off in Profile) when someone comments on your post. - You can now like comments, and hide, report, or block the author of a comment you don't want to see, the same way you can for a post. - You can now choose whether to allow comments right when you post, instead of only being able to turn them off afterward. - Comments are now checked automatically before other people can see them, just like posts. While a comment is being checked it shows as "Posting" and only you can see it. - We updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to cover comments. - You can now edit your own comments instead of having to delete and rewrite them. - The subscription plan option in Profile is easier to spot when you're on the free plan. - The subscription page now highlights the home screen widget first. - The Memory Drift preview on the subscription page now shows what it actually looks like, instead of just an icon. - Fixed the home screen widget sometimes still showing last month's logs, or yesterday's count, right after midnight or at the start of a new month. - The small home screen widget and the lock screen widget are now free for everyone. Medium and large widgets are still part of Basic.
