CallGenie AI

CallGenie is an AI calling assistant that contacts local businesses on your behalf to help with appointments, availability, and everyday service requests. Tell CallGenie what you need, choose a business, and let the AI handle the phone call for you. With CallGenie, you can: • Ask businesses about appointment availability • Request specific services, dates, and times • Watch call progress while CallGenie handles the conversation • Review confirmed appointments and suggested times • Reschedule or cancel supported appointments • Receive appointment reminders • Keep your bookings organized in one place • Purchase booking credits only when you need them CallGenie can also pass relevant details to the business when needed, such as your preferred name, service request, appointment time, vehicle information for auto services, pet information for grooming services, and other details you choose to provide. If a business offers a different appointment time, CallGenie brings the suggestion back to you so you can decide whether to accept it. CallGenie identifies itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of a customer. The app currently supports selected local service categories in Minnesota, including barbers, salons, nail salons, auto repair, auto detailing, pet grooming, massage, and home cleaning. Calling features use booking credits. Credits can be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Business availability, pricing, and appointment confirmation depend on the individual business. CallGenie helps you spend less time making routine phone calls and more time getting things done.
