Ask Donnie: Takeoff Estimator

Ask Donnie is your AI construction estimator, code-answer assistant, and project back office. • Ask anything — codes, materials, methods — and get clear answers with code references to verify against your local code. • Drop a plan — scan blueprints with the camera, pick a photo, or import a PDF — to start an itemized, priced estimate you review and adjust. • Record meetings and get a transcript and an AI summary (decisions + action items), saved to your project. • Run the job — RFIs, change orders, submittals, daily logs, punch lists, schedule, cost control, closeout, and project dashboards. Compare competing bids side by side. • Estimates, invoices, and projects — create, track (draft to sent to paid), and share professional PDF/Excel documents. • White-label branding — add your company name, colors, and logo to estimates; plan limits apply. • Built for the trades — tune the app to your trade, units, tone, and preferred brands/suppliers. Membership adds more watermark-free branded estimates (Foreman includes 5 a month) and higher limits. A prepaid wallet covers AI usage; top up anytime. Free to start. Ask Donnie is AI assistance to verify — always confirm critical details with your local building department (AHJ) and a qualified professional before you build.
