health4ai moves the health data on your iPhone into a Google Sheet or a database you own, so you and any AI assistant can work with it. The Health app holds years of your sleep, HRV, heart rate, workouts and 150+ other metrics, but nothing outside your iPhone can read it. health4ai is the bridge. TWO WAYS TO SAVE Google Sheets: sign in with Google and health4ai writes one row per day (steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, workouts and more) into a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. No setup beyond signing in. health4ai can only see the files it creates. Your own database: sync every HealthKit sample into a Postgres database you control, typically a free Supabase project, and any MCP-compatible AI client can then query it in plain language. A setup checklist in the app shows which steps are done, and setup takes about ten minutes. There is no health4ai account and no health4ai server either way. NOT JUST APPLE WATCH health4ai syncs anything that writes to the Health app. That includes rings, watches, scales, blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitors and workout and nutrition apps, for example Oura, Garmin, Polar, Coros, Withings, Omron, Dexcom, Strava, Peloton, MyFitnessPal and Cronometer. Coverage depends on what each brand shares with the Health app. The Your Sources screen shows every device and app that has sent data. WHAT IT DOES Syncs sleep stages, HRV, resting and walking heart rate, steps, distance, workouts, active energy, VO2 max, respiratory rate, body mass and more. Syncs each time you open the app, and in the background as often as iOS allows. Sync History shows every run, so you never have to wonder. Backfills your history too, not just today. Tells you plainly when a metric is not being shared with the app, instead of showing you an empty chart and calling it complete.
