Your Top 3 Personal Bests stay front and center, so progress is never a guess. WHERE DO I FIT Stop wondering if you are recruitable. Stack your times against college recruiting standards and benchmarks to see your real level - and exactly how much time stands between you and the program you want. TRAINING LAB Train like the swimmers you are chasing. Browse structured, elite-level workouts and programs built for serious athletes, not casual lap-swimmers. COLLEGE TOOLS Go deeper on recruiting - line your times up against college team standards and see which rosters you fit.
