Intrepid Mariner

Intrepid Marine is for people who actually run the boat — not just polish the brightwork. Radar before you cast off. Inventory so you know which locker holds the spare impeller. A log, engine hours, and checklists that match how you leave the dock. Paperwork you can hand a yard, an insurer, or a crew without retyping from memory. You do not need a cloud seat to look like you know your vessel. You need one private app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. WX RADAR Animated NWS NEXRAD on a marine map. Switch Weather (loop, temperature, watches and warnings) or USN (NOAA depth, bathymetry, buoys and seamarks). Center on your marina, your phone GPS, or — if you have a gateway on the boat Wi-Fi — the boat herself. Instant Marine Conditions: wind, seas, tides, forecast. Coverage is U.S. and greater North America public feeds. Not worldwide. Not a plotter. Not for primary navigation. SKIPPER — INVENTORY & GEAR Nested locations the way a boat is actually stowed: salon, port settee, parts bin. Photos, quantities, notes. Loans and borrows so the spare stays tracked when it leaves the boat. Expenses. Vessel profile — name, MMSI, HIN, photos — on every report you export. CAPTAIN’S LOG Journal the passage. Optional GPS track while the app is open. Engine hours. Guests, plan, notes. Dictation when your hands are wet. CHECKLISTS & PRE-DEPARTURE First aid, PFDs, shore power, engine checks — plus lists you write. Photos at each step. Leave the dock knowing what you checked. MAINTENANCE Problem cases with a photo timeline. Quick items and schedules. Shipyard-ready PDFs with the vessel on the cover. Customer Boat when you assess or hand off someone else’s vessel. MARINE SURVEYS Condition, insurance, in-water or out-of-water subsystem steps. Ratings, photos, dictation, signature, signed PDF. INSURANCE & INCIDENTS Claim workflow with a photo trail. Mechanical defects. Policy notes on the vessel profile. REPORTS (PREMIUM) Inventory snapshots, grid PDFs (4 / 8 / 16 photo cards per page), expenses, maintenance, checklists, surveys — PDF or CSV with your boat in the header. BACKUP (PREMIUM) Full .intrepidbackup via AirDrop or Files. Move phones without losing the boat. YOUR DATA STAYS ON THE DEVICE No account required. Nothing you enter is uploaded to our servers. Camera and mic only when you add a photo or dictate a note. If you already own the boat, own the picture of her — weather, gear, log, and the paperwork that follows.
