New in this update: MYFIT SUPPORT • Contact myFit support from Settings: open a ticket with photos, follow its status and reply right in the app. • Subscriptions: renew onto another period with a staff discount, upgrade by the full difference instead of prorated, and pause with no end date on plans that allow it. • Correct a sale whose payment was recorded wrongly. Payments that were never received read "Not received" and never count. • Sales History filters by seller, with a By staff card showing what each person sold. Everything from the last ten updates, in one release. SELLING & MONEY • Point of Sale: ring up store products at the counter, with member search, discounts, and cash or card. • Sales History: filter by date or seller, see total revenue, top products and what each person sold, and open any sale for its items. Owners and managers can void a sale from the same screen. • Finances: revenue, costs and a full transactions ledger, with private-plan revenue kept separate. • Purchase Orders and Expenses, with receipt upload and viewing. • Split one sale across two payment methods — cash + card, or cash + transfer. The receipt lists both. • Take a sale by bank transfer at the counter, alongside cash and card — stock, discounts and credit sales all behave the same. Transfers land in the bank column of Staff Activity and My Shift. • Sell on credit: collect part of the money now and put the rest on the member's ledger, at the counter or on a subscription. • A Debts screen shows who owes what: filter by status, collect against a debt or write it off, and open any row for its full collection history. Member profiles, Finances and the store report show what is still outstanding beside what was collected. YOUR TEAM • Staff attendance: days present, time on site and per zone for every staffer. • Trainer Payouts: settle each coach's share of revenue from separate-finance plans — what they are owed, what has been paid, transfer receipts, and refunds flagged so nobody is settled twice. • Gym Users: add staff by phone, assign roles, and set exactly what each person can do — including discount and extension limits. • Staff Activity and My Shift reports: what each person collected over any date range, down to the transaction, with money collected kept separate from credit extended. • Staff Activity splits collected money by source — regular plans, private coaches and the store — for the whole period and inside each person, and groups purchases members make themselves under one "MyFit Online" row you can scope the whole report to. • Trainers get My Plans and My Payouts: assigned plans, subscriber rosters, your share of revenue, and what has been paid out versus still outstanding. YOUR GYM • Gym Settings: owners and managers can edit contact details, address, hours, bio and rules from the app. • Pin your gym on a map instead of typing coordinates, and manage a photo gallery you can reorder by dragging. • Access Devices: register biometric terminals, see which are online, and open a gym door straight from your phone. MEMBERSHIPS • Membership Plans: prices, coaches, amenities, active members and projected revenue on every card, with 30- and 90-day insights. • Extend every active member on a plan at once — preview who is affected, then apply. • Subscriptions: correct a mis-sold subscription or payment in place, renew onto another period, open-ended pauses, Pause History, an Upcoming badge, free-day extensions, private staff notes, and a gym-wide Refunds ledger. Also: members without a phone are labelled Foreigner or Kid, receipts show the amount due, earlier instalments and the balance, myfit.ly links open straight in the app, gym notifications switch you to the right gym first, a staff pause past the plan's limits now goes through with a warning, Explore has a Dashboard shortcut back to your gym, plus better tablet layouts throughout, and fixes and performance improvements.
