About USMLE Plus

USMLE+ is your all-in-one prep app for USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK — questions, full-length simulations, video lectures, self-assessments, notes, and analytics in one place, one subscription. Everything you need to study, test yourself, and know when you're ready. QBANK — 4,000+ EXAM-STYLE QUESTIONS Practice across every system and subject with detailed explanations. Filter by what you haven't used, questions you got wrong, or ones you've marked — so every session targets your weak spots. BUILD THE EXACT TEST YOU NEED Create a custom test in seconds. Choose Learning mode, where the explanation opens after every answer, or Timed mode that mirrors real exam conditions at 90 seconds per question. Pick your subjects, pull from unused, incorrect, or marked questions, and set your length. NBME-STYLE SELF-ASSESSMENTS Take full-length, timed form tests that simulate the real exam — up to 8 hours across multiple blocks. Get a pass probability, a projected 3-digit score, and a readiness trend that updates with every form you complete, so you can see your progress toward exam day. VIDEO LECTURES Watch focused lectures covering the full curriculum, sequenced in high-yield order. Pick up right where you left off with Continue Watching, and reinforce each topic with questions. SMART NOTES Highlight as you study and turn missed questions into organized, saved notes. Review them by subject or system, and export a clean, ordered PDF for offline revision. PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS Track accuracy, timing, and mastery across every system and subject. See exactly where your points come from and where to focus next — no guesswork.
