WeSUB2.0

WeSUB Teach was built by former substitute teachers — so we know exactly what it feels like to walk into an unfamiliar classroom on short notice and make it work. That experience is why we built something better. Whether you're looking to pick up a few shifts a week or stay as busy as possible, WeSUB Teach connects qualified childcare educators to Early Childhood Care programs across the United States — putting you in control of when, where, and how often you work. Why substitute teachers choose WeSUB Teach: Flexibility — Browse and select "sub gigs" that fit your schedule. No pressure, no commitment beyond the shifts you choose. Fast Payouts — Your time is valuable. Get paid quickly without the waiting games other agencies put you through. High Earnings — Competitive pay that reflects your skills, your experience, and your dedication to early childhood education. Unmatched Support — We're not just a platform — we're your advocates. Because we've been in your shoes, we offer a level of understanding and support no other agency can match.
