EdgeVault

The only iOS app that combines knife collection, sharpening sessions, whetstone tracking, EDC logs, and wishlist — all in one place. No more spreadsheets. No more guessing which stones you used or what angle you sharpened at. EdgeVault is purpose-built for serious knife enthusiasts and sharpeners. 【What You Can Do】 ▷ Knife Collection Log every knife: brand, model, steel (CPM-S30V, VG-10, S110V, 154CM, Damascus…), blade shape, blade length, total length, lock type, handle material, acquired from, and purchase price. Photo per knife. Free up to 10 knives. ▷ Sharpening Sessions Record every session: stones used in order, edge angle, duration, sharpness rating (1–5 stars), before/after photos, and notes. Every knife shows how long since it was last sharpened — at a glance. ▷ Whetstone Library Track every stone you own: brand, name, grit, type (water / oil / diamond / ceramic / strop), surface condition, last dressed date, notes, and photo. Free up to 10 stones. No other knife app tracks whetstones. ▷ EDC Log Record which knife you carried each day. Tap any date on the monthly calendar to review that day's carry. Tap a log entry to edit knife or date. ▷ Wishlist Save knives you want: brand, model, steel, estimated price, notes, and photo. Mark as purchased — the app pre-fills the knife form automatically so you don't enter data twice. Free up to 10 items. ▷ Share Cards Generate shareable image cards from any knife or sharpening session. Post to r/knives, r/sharpening, r/knifeclub, r/chefknives, or Instagram. Free (with watermark) — Pro removes the watermark or shows your Instagram handle. ▷ CSV Export Export your knives, whetstones, sessions, wishlist, and EDC logs as CSV — for insurance, appraisal, or spreadsheets. Free for all users. ▷ Photo ZIP Backup Export a full backup with photos as a ZIP, and import it on another device. Free for all users. ▷ Stats Collection total value, sharpening frequency per knife, most-sharpened ranking, most-used whetstone ranking, average sharpness rating, and EDC rotation history. Access from Settings. 【Who It's For】 · Pocket knife collectors who've outgrown a spreadsheet · Sharpeners who can't remember the angle, stones, or lube they used last time · EDC carriers who want a log of their daily carry rotation · Chef knife enthusiasts who take Shapton Glass, Naniwa, or DMT stones to their Shun or Global seriously · Anyone frustrated by KnifeApp's bugs, missing model field, or forced social features · Whetstone hoarders who want to actually track their stones 【Your Data Stays on Your Device】 Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to external servers. No account required. No risk from a service shutting down. 【Pricing】 · Free: 10 knives, 10 whetstones, 10 wishlist items. All core features included — sharpening sessions, EDC log, stats, CSV export, photo ZIP backup, and share cards (with watermark). · EdgeVault Pro (one-time $6.99): Unlimited knives, whetstones & wishlist. Watermark-free share cards. Instagram handle on cards. Pay once, yours forever. ---------------------- Developer: Kore Apps Contact: [email protected] ----------------------
