What’s new

Version 1.0.3 · Updated October 12, 2026

What's new in Titan: • Add a note to any lift. Tap + Note. • Warm-ups are their own section now. Tick them off as you go, or run a quick movement prep circuit on deload days. • Accessories show your rep target. Tap it for the why, and get a nudge when it's time to go up. • Retest your training max (Premium). Titan spots when you've outgrown your numbers and offers a quick raise or a test day. • Your workout saves the moment you finish. • Safer deload warm-ups, a fairer Titan Score chart, and the 1RM you need for your next tier. • Shorter, clearer words across the app. • Fixes: clearer import errors, lb users see LB LIFTED, and accessory weights carry over correctly.
