Spot Gift

Spot lets you send a real café treat to a friend without leaving your texts. You’re already in the conversation — “rough week?”, “thanks for covering me”, “happy birthday.” Spot turns that moment into something they can actually use. Pick a drink from a participating local café, wrap it, and send it as a sealed gift right in the thread. HOW IT WORKS - Open Spot inside Messages. - Pick a treat from a participating local café — a matcha, latte, or cold brew. The drink is the gift, funded at its real menu price. - Add a Birthday, Thanks, or Congrats stamp and an optional note. - Pay with Apple Pay, then send the sealed gift in the conversation. WHEN THEY OPEN IT - They tap to unwrap, confirm their phone number with a quick text code, and can add the merchant gift card to Apple Wallet. At the café, they present the pass at the counter. They can start a spot back with a tap. NOT ON IPHONE? IT STILL WORKS - The same gift opens on the web, where the recipient can confirm their phone number and claim it without installing Spot. WHY PEOPLE LIKE IT - It lives where the moment happens: your text thread. - The gift is a drink, not a number — you spot a matcha, not “$5.” - It supports participating neighborhood cafés. - It’s ready in Apple Wallet on iPhone, with a web claim path for everyone else. MORE IN THE IPHONE APP - Send directly, browse participating cafés, see gifts you’ve sent and received, and manage your account in one place.
