TSS Barrel Tracker

Built for precision shooters, hand loaders, and serious rifle owners who care about barrel life. TSS Barrel Tracker is the round-counting and barrel-wear app you've been wanting. Log every shot — quickly — and watch each barrel's effective life update in real time, weighted by the heat of the load you fired. — WHY BARREL WEAR MATTERS — Every barrel has a useful life measured in rounds, but not all rounds count the same. A hot magnum load wears throat erosion faster than a mild varminter. TSS Barrel Tracker uses customizable heat factors to convert raw round counts into "wear-adjusted rounds" — the only number that actually predicts when a barrel is going to walk on you at distance. — FEATURES — • Quick-log shooting sessions with preset round counts (1, 5, 10, 20) or any custom quantity • Pair each rifle from your action and barrel library — the same barrel can move between actions and keep its history intact • Heat factor system (Light, Standard, Hot, Magnum) — fully customizable per shooter • Per-rifle and per-barrel wear bars with low / moderate / high wear status • Track chronograph data per session: velocity, ES, SD, and group size • Attach photos of your groups directly to log entries • Per-ammo performance reports: average velocity, ES, SD, group size, and trend analysis over time, broken down by ammo load • Caliber-aware ammo filtering — when you select a rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor, only your 6.5 Creedmoor loads appear • Complete shot history with filters by rifle, ammo, and "chrono only" • Built-in powder library covering the major manufacturers: Hodgdon, IMR, Alliant, Winchester, Vihtavuori, Accurate, Ramshot — toggle which ones appear in your dropdowns • Caliber library with the most common precision and hunting cartridges • Export and import all data as JSON — never lose your range log • Archive barrels (shot out, sold) without losing their history — PRIVACY THAT ACTUALLY MEANS SOMETHING — Every byte of data stays on your phone. No accounts. No cloud sync. No analytics. No telemetry. Not even an email collection. This is your range log, not Apple's, not ours, not anyone's. — WHO IT'S FOR — • F-Class, PRS, NRL, and tactical competitors counting rounds before re-barreling • Hunters tracking the life of their hunting rifle • Hand loaders comparing performance across powder/charge/bullet combinations • Anyone who's ever asked "how many rounds are on this barrel?" — DESIGNED FOR THE BENCH AND THE FIELD — One-handed quick-log buttons (1, 5, 10, 20) are sized for cold gloved fingers. The high-contrast interface stays readable in direct sun. Every interaction is bounded to one screen — no menus to dig through between strings. — GET STARTED IN UNDER A MINUTE — 1. Add your barrel and its expected round life 2. Add your action 3. Pair them into a rifle 4. Log your first session The home screen walks you through it on day one. Welcome to better barrel data.
