Docu-Coach

Docu-Coach helps managers turn everyday observations into clear coaching notes, employee context and follow-up actions. Capture the moment Record an incident, positive feedback, progress update or daily note. Prefer typing? Long-press a recording category to write a note instead. Assign notes to an employee or keep them unassigned, and preserve the original transcript alongside the prepared note. Prepare for the next conversation Ask Docu-Coach questions about records you can access. Get employee-specific coaching questions, review supporting evidence and continue previous conversations. Keep follow-ups organized Create and manage To-Dos, review commitments extracted from recordings, and open the source evidence. Employee timelines and attendance indicators help you review context before a conversation. Work in English or Spanish Enable Spanish mode for the interface and new-note output. Speak English, Spanish or both while keeping the original transcript available. Stay in control AI processing uses OpenAI with your explicit permission. You can change that choice in Settings.
