Tribulys brings family and care professionals together around your loved one, with a calendar and a care journal that everyone shares. Your tribe The tribe is your loved one's care circle: family, caregivers, nurses, doctors. They open it on their phone or tablet with no password, from the link or QR code you give them. If the connection drops, the screen says so and keeps the last list it had. The essentials, at no cost The Essential plan is free for up to 5 members in the tribe. It includes the care journal, the shared calendar, dose tracking and reminders, vitals, health contacts and the emergency card. Going further The Famille plan adds tribe messaging, shared tasks, My visit, medical documents (prescriptions, reports), vitals charts, PDF export of the medical file and unlimited members. Every new tribe gets the Famille plan for 30 days, with no payment card. After that, you stay on the free Essential plan or you subscribe: it is a monthly in-app subscription, with a 14-day trial the first time.
