TopoLog: Live Team GPS Tracker

TopoLog is a pure local, privacy-first automated tracking and multi-sensor navigation tool built for backcountry explorers, hikers, trail runners, and outdoor squads. No login required, zero server storage, and zero data tracking. Your truest navigation data remains entirely on your device. Tired of navigation apps that drain your battery in hours, force you to create accounts, and draw straight, ugly lines across your altitude charts after a system sleep? TopoLog solves this with an advanced, motion-triggered sensor fusion engine. It runs silently in the background as an automated "blackbox"—saving your battery by sleeping when you rest, and instantly pulsing into precision logging the moment you move. === CORE FEATURES === FOOTPRINT-DRIVEN AUTOMATED TRACKING Forget to hit start or stop at the trailhead? TopoLog automates it. It intelligently drops tracking pins only when your vertical elevation shifts by ≥3 meters or horizontal distance changes by ≥50 meters. Total silence when you are stationary; absolute accuracy when you move. No useless duplicate points cluttering your timeline. PRO-GRADE ALTIMETER & BAROMETER By fusing your iPhone's hardware barometer with GPS waterlines entirely on-device, TopoLog delivers highly stabilized, true absolute altitude curves that cancel out weather-induced barometric drifting. Perfect for tracking your precise total ascent and peak elevations on rugged trails. HARDENED HEADING COMPASS A pure, instantly responsive orientation companion. Coupled with real-time latitude, longitude, and speed logs, TopoLog's compass keeps your heading true even in deep wilderness areas entirely devoid of cellular or internet signal. STATELESS TEAM RELAY Need to monitor your hiking squad’s positions in real-time for safety? Create or join a temporary team room instantly. Running on a stateless relay architecture, group location data is shared purely in-memory and is never written to persistent server disks. Total coordination, zero privacy footprint. INDOOR FLOOR ESTIMATION Lost your GPS satellite signal inside a skyscraper, underground transit system, or shopping mall? TopoLog seamlessly transitions to indoor mode, utilizing proprietary barometric pressure windows to accurately deduce your current floor level and vertical climb. ADAPTIVE FOOTPRINT CHARTS Review your last 20 footprints via stunning, OLED-friendly graphs. The line style adapts dynamically to your terrain—rendering sharp step-charts for indoor floor changes, and smooth Catmull-Rom curves for outdoor mountain ridges. Time gaps during system sleep are automatically split to preserve the visual truth of your journey. === PRIVACY & TECHNICAL SPECS === 100% Offline Capability: Fully functional in the backcountry without cell tower access.
