About ChickenLegs: Workout Log

Weight and reps, in one tap. ChickenLegs is a workout log built to get out of your way — spend less time logging and more time training. The name? "ChickenLegs" is a wink at the leg day everyone skips. Keep logging and graduate from chicken legs for good. ■ Fast logging The logger opens on the heaviest set of your last session, so repeat sets are nearly one tap. Tap a number to type it instead. Search and a "recently used" list get you to any exercise instantly. ■ Pick exercises from the body map Tap a body part on the figure to filter exercises. Swipe sideways to flip between front and back. ■ Rest timer Set the length per exercise, from off to five minutes. It tells you with a notification and a buzz when the rest is up. ■ Warm-up suggestions A ramp calculated from your working weight, rounded to weights you can actually load. Warm-ups are never logged. ■ History and calendar Your weekly streak, days trained this week, a month calendar and every session. Coloured dots under each date show which body parts you trained that day. ■ Stats and charts Max-weight progression per exercise (month / year / all time), estimated 1RM with a range from an ensemble of four formulas, automatic plateau detection, volume per body part (weekly / monthly), and weekly sets against the 10–20 range the hypertrophy research points to. ■ Recovery per body part How long since each part was last trained, so you can see what is ready today. ■ Exercise management 32 built-in exercises by body part: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, legs and abs. Add, edit and delete unlimited custom exercises. Bodyweight moves like push-ups and pull-ups count your bodyweight in the totals. ■ kg / lb Choose at first launch, change any time. Everything is stored in kilograms, so switching never touches your past records. ■ ChickenLegs Pro (one-time purchase) Removes the ads, exports your log to CSV, and opens the Pro reports — personal bests, the last 30 days against the 30 before them per body part, and a year of training squares — plus creatine tracking. Logging, history and stats are all free without it. ■ Offline, no account Your data stays on your device and is never sent to a server. No sign-up. Notifications only ask for permission when you turn one on. 21 languages, seven colour themes.

What’s new

Version 1.5.3 · Updated October 15, 2026

- The history calendar now gives every body part its own dot colour, with a key under the calendar listing each part you trained that month - If you close the set logger before saving, the weight and reps you dialled in are kept for the rest of the day, so you can check your history and pick up where you left off
