KLEVR Management

KLEVR Management runs every show from one place: events, tours, crew, setlists, riders, travel, chat and settlements, for bands, artists, management companies, rental companies, promoters, venues and festivals. Everyone on the gig works from the same plan, on stage, on the road and in the warehouse. EVENTS AND TOURS • Single shows, multi-day runs and full tours with venues, times and every detail • Several bands on one show or one tour, with a group for each band • Add crew or a chat once and it follows every date on the tour • Track each gig from hold to confirmed to settled, with older gigs in their own archive • Jump to the previous or next gig straight from the event page DAY SHEETS AND SCHEDULES • Timetables that sort themselves by time, past midnight included • Day sheets for the whole crew, ready to print or share • Technical riders, stage details and guest lists for every event SETLISTS • Build your sets and drag songs into place • Add a one-off song to a single show, or save it to your song list • Tunings and notes per song and per player • Print or share a clean, stage-ready setlist CREW AND AVAILABILITY • Invite musicians and crew, see who has confirmed and check availability across teams • Availability notes such as "Available from 14:00" on a busy day • Checking availability opens a chat with the gig's event managers • Put someone on a single gig without adding them to your team, or send a gig invite link • Roles and permissions for every team member TRAVEL • Flights on every gig, with a check mark when a flight is confirmed against live flight data • Passports, visas, loyalty programs and travel preferences in each profile INVENTORY AND RENTALS • Gear with storage locations and categories as deep as you need • Reusable packages and a printable pack list • Turn an event's gear into an offer or an invoice MONEY • Offers and invoices as polished PDFs • Settlements per show and per person, including expenses your artists submit • Mark invoices as received and paid CHAT • A chat for every event, plus group chats, direct messages and a chat for each lineup • See who is in a chat and add people • Message your whole team at once • Push notifications for invites, changes and messages MORE • A calendar feed that syncs to your phone's calendar, with rehearsals in the calendar too • Share a read-only event page with clients and venues • Run several bands or clients from one management account, each with its own crew, songs, gear and events • Two-factor sign-in, and sign out of your other devices • Go back from a gig and land in the same spot, with your filters still set Whether you're a touring band, a solo artist, a management company, a rental house, a promoter, a venue or a festival, KLEVR keeps the whole operation organized from the first hold to the final invoice.
