About Mat Chess: BJJ Game Plan

Jiu-jitsu is chess on the mat. Mat Chess shows you the best next move from any position — and learns which moves actually work for you from the rolls you log. Most BJJ apps are a notebook. Mat Chess closes the loop: log what happened in a roll, and your own success rates start replacing the baseline, position by position. HOW IT WORKS • Explore the map — positions are connected by the sweeps, passes, escapes and submissions between them. Tap a position and walk the paths out of it. • See the percentage — every move shows a baseline estimate, clearly labeled as one. • Save the path — turn the line you walked into a game plan, then arrange it on a canvas and share it as an image. • Log your rolls — the moves you tried, what landed and what didn't, gi or no-gi, and who you rolled with. • Watch your game change — your numbers take over from the baseline as your log grows. MORE IN THE APP • Competition log with your win/loss record • Training journal and a technique tracker from learning to mastered • Insights: your submission rate, most-used positions and where you get stuck • Achievements, a home-screen widget and optional training reminders • Export and import all of your data as a file PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no ads. Everything you log is stored on your device. MAT CHESS PRO Mat Chess is free to download, and exploring the map with its baseline estimates, logging rolls and matches, and the journal stay free. Your own success rates, the scenario lens (gi or no-gi, a bigger opponent, their style), unlimited game plans and tracked techniques, and the full insights require Mat Chess Pro, a separate in-app purchase offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan starts with a free trial. The price, the plan length, the free trial and the renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your App Store account settings, and earlier purchases can be restored from Settings. Percentages are estimates for training, not a promise of what happens on the mat. Train under a qualified instructor.
