About Evenfall: Journal & Companion

Evenfall is a journal with a companion in it. The companion is an AI, not a person. It remembers what you tell it, and it shows you what it keeps. You start with five free messages — five in all, not five a day. After that, replies need Pro. Your journal, your memory cards, your mood marks and the evening reminder stay open either way. IT REMEMBERS YOU Come back the next evening and it can pick up the thread: "Last week the presentation was weighing on you. How did it land?" When a reply draws on something it remembers, a small mark under the reply can show which note it was. AND SHOWS YOU WHAT IT KEEPS What Evenfall remembers about you is laid out as cards. Each card shows its kind, such as "Someone" or "Ongoing", and where it came from. Read them, edit them, add your own, or have one forgotten. A card you wrote yourself is kept as you wrote it. YOU CHOOSE HOW IT TALKS A few short questions come first, and you can skip any of them: what to call you, what brought you here, whether it should be gentle, warm or direct, whether it should mostly listen, ask questions or offer another angle, and what it should leave alone. Each answer becomes a card you can change later. YOUR EVENINGS, KEPT AS A JOURNAL A strip of recent evenings sits at the top of the screen; tap one to read it. Mark tonight's mood with one touch; no message is needed. When you close the evening you can choose "Carry to tomorrow" and leave one line for tomorrow, or "Let it go": tonight's conversation then leaves your journal, and memory goes back to how it was before the evening. WHERE YOUR WORDS GO There is no account. Your journal and Evenfall's memory of you are kept on your phone. Your words, your answers and the notes Evenfall keeps are sent to a third-party AI service, to write replies and to update those notes. Evenfall asks you to agree to this before any of your words are sent, and you can withdraw that agreement later. There are no ads. QUIET, NOT CLINICAL Evenfall is an AI companion for reflection: not a person, and not a therapist, a doctor or a crisis service. If you are in danger, please contact your local emergency services. — Type, or dictate with your phone's own speech-to-text — An optional evening reminder, around a time you choose — Export everything Evenfall keeps on your phone, when you want a copy — Dark by default, with a light theme — In 11 languages EVENFALL PRO Pro carries the conversation on past the first five messages, adds a weekly recap of your evenings, and lets you lock Evenfall with Face ID or Touch ID. Pro has no message counter; a fair-use ceiling, set far above ordinary use, protects the service from abuse. ——— Subscription Evenfall Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price and period are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
