EstimateMaker PDF Quotes

EstimateMaker helps small contractors and field service pros organize client-ready estimate documents on iPhone. Create a client and job, reuse priced line items from saved estimates, compare Good / Better / Best options, add an optional “Valid through” date, apply flat or percentage fees, track assumptions and exclusions, and save selected job photos with the draft. Capture an onsite approval signature or attach an original signed image or PDF, then export a branded, letterhead-ready client PDF. Search local History by estimate number, job title, or client name. Private cost and margin notes stay inside the builder and are never included in the client-facing PDF preview. Export every saved job as an accountant CSV with summary, line-item, and fee records. Accounting and tax products may require column mapping during import. V1 is free, local-first, and avoids custom accounts, payment processing, legal-contract claims, tax advice, accounting advice, and debt-collection features.
