About Baby Bites: Allergen Tracker
Baby Bites is a simple baby allergen tracker that helps you keep allergens in your baby's diet after introduction, without having to remember what they ate and when. Wondering how often to give your baby allergens after introducing them? Baby Bites helps you track when your baby last had peanut, egg, dairy, and other common allergens, see what's due next, and plan upcoming meals in one calm place. WITH BABY BITES, YOU CAN: • Track which allergens your baby has been introduced to • See when your baby last ate each allergen • Keep introduced allergens in regular rotation • See what's due next at a glance in the app • Plan upcoming allergen exposures and meals • Log reactions and notes for each bite • View your baby's allergen history in a simple calendar • Keep your baby's allergen schedule organized without spreadsheets, scattered notes, or mental math Choose a maintenance rhythm, with per-food settings to reflect the feeding plan you follow with your healthcare provider. START WHERE YOU ARE Build a roster around foods your baby has already tried, and add earlier bites to bring your history up to date. Plan upcoming servings in the calendar, then log what your baby actually ate. Add custom foods as meals become more varied. RECIPES FROM OUR KITCHEN AND YOURS Find recipes for familiar allergens and everyday comfort meals. Add your own family favourites with ingredients, steps, allergen labels, and serving notes. Save privately or publish to the community with your chosen display name. Favourite recipes from fellow parents and send friends a branded recipe link that opens in Baby Bites or on the web. Five dietary tags help you browse: Constipation-Friendly, Iron-Rich, Protein-Rich, Quick & Easy, and Freezer-Friendly. Tags are meal-planning suggestions, not medical advice or measured nutrient claims. Community recipes and tags are contributed by parents and are not clinically reviewed. Check ingredient labels and substitutions, and choose only allergens already tolerated. Report concerns or block a creator from any community recipe. With Baby Bites, back up and sync your signed-in roster and history across your devices. You can delete your account and synced data from the Profile tab. SUBSCRIPTION Baby Bites requires one auto-renewable subscription, with weekly, monthly, six-month, or annual billing. Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial after confirming the subscription through their Apple Account. Your subscription includes the full allergen roster with suggested foods and custom entries, the planning calendar for upcoming introductions, bite logging with reactions and notes, and cloud backup with sync across your devices. For eligible subscribers, payment is charged when the trial ends; otherwise it is charged at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
