In this update: keep editing while your song plays, smoother AUv3 plugins, swipe to turn a note off, and a batch of fixes. NEW - Swipe a step to the right to turn its note off. Swipe it again to bring the note back. - Keep editing while your song plays: add, duplicate, move or delete tracks, change instrument types and load presets without audio dropouts. New tracks fade in and deleted ones fade out. IMPROVED - AUv3 plugins load without interrupting playback. The rest of the song keeps going and the plugin fades in once it has loaded. When you switch an instrument to a plugin, the old sound keeps playing until the plugin is ready. FIXED - Undo and other changes made while a song plays no longer pop. AUv3 plugins keep playing through them, keep the settings you changed in the plugin's own screen, and never go silent afterwards. - One plugin instrument used on several tracks now behaves as one instrument. - Undoing a change made in the FX editor no longer pauses or restarts playback. - Removing a phrase from the grid while the song plays now stops its note instead of leaving it ringing until you press Stop. - Plugin instruments that stopped working after your phone was locked (silent, and their window would not open) now reload automatically with their settings when you return to the app. - Turning an AUv3 instrument’s Built-in Filter on or off no longer causes a pop or a gap in the sound, and no longer resets the plugin’s settings. - Exported audio now includes the Built-in Filter on AUv3 instruments. - Editing the modulation on one AUv3 instrument no longer changes the modulation of other AUv3 instruments. - Fixed a freeze that could close the app after collapsing and then expanding a section on the Song page. - Fixed a rare case where, after the app closed unexpectedly, Save could write your song over a different song file. If the app can’t be sure which file your song belongs to, only Save As is offered.
