Tracking & health • Hunger & fullness check-ins: log how you feel before and after meals. • Cycle tracking (Pro): phase-aware plan tips, symptom insights, a shareable doctor's report (PDF) and a phase guide. • Quick "Ate / Skip" actions right from the meal reminder. • Shopping list shortcut on the home screen. Security • Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode. Notifications & chat • Tapping any notification always opens the right screen; unread badge stays in sync. • Swipe messages left to see the day and time. For dietitians • Professional verification with academic titles, license validity and expiry reminders. • Filter dietitians by title when searching (for clients). General • Updated terms and consent flow. • Stability improvements and bug fixes.
