8 Moments is your calm app for more mindfulness – with small 8-minute routines in the morning and evening, an AI companion that truly listens, and a growing library of wisdom stories. ARRIVE IN 8 MINUTES Instead of long meditations or empty affirmations, 8 Moments guides you through a short daily flow: a mood check, a few reflection questions, a moment for free writing, a focus anchor. Morning, evening, whatever you need. YOUR PERSONAL PATH During onboarding you choose what's on your mind right now – stress, sleep, self-worth, clarity, a hard phase, or more mindfulness. The app tunes the questions, tone, and default theme accordingly. You can reset your path at any time. MO, YOUR COMPANION Mo the otter keeps you company throughout the whole app – and his world follows your time of day, from sunrise to a starry night. Talk to Mo like a close friend. He replies gently or directly – exactly how you want – and knows his limits: not a therapy replacement, no empty pathos. On crisis signals, he immediately points to the right helplines. QUICK HELP When it all gets too much: Mo instantly offers you a short exercise for exactly this moment – to breathe, ground yourself and calm down, without searching. GUIDED PATH PROGRAMS (Plus) Seven journeys of 14 to 30 days – for example 21 days to inner calm, 30 days of self-compassion, a 14-day sleep reset, 21 days of clarity or 14 days through a hard phase. One short impulse, one question, one concrete step per day. CUSTOM AFFIRMATIONS Write your own statements – or let the companion suggest three that fit your current path. They rotate daily on your home screen.
