Affirmo - Affirm to Unlock

Affirmo locks distracting apps every morning and unlocks them only after you read your affirmations. Choose which apps to pause. Every morning, you will find them locked until you read your affirmations. Then, you can decide for how long to unlock them for (e.g. 15 minutes, or the rest of the day). Build your affirmation list from curated themes like Digital Wellbeing, Self-Worth, and Focus, or write your own. Your data stays on your device. The app requires a paid subscription for access to all features.
