About Lumi Weather: What to Wear

Lumi Weather tells you in one glance whether now is a good time to go outside, what to wear, and whether you need an umbrella or sunscreen. Instead of reading temperature, UV, rain chance and wind one number at a time, you get an outing score from 0 to 100 and a short verdict, from a great day to go out to a day that is nicer spent indoors. Tap the score to see how feels-like temperature, UV, rain and wind each shaped it, so every answer is easy to understand and easy to check. Plan your day around the weather Lumi points out the ideal time to head outside, so your walk, run, bike ride, commute or weekend errands land in the most comfortable hours. Simple tips tell you when to pack an umbrella or raincoat, when a hat and sunscreen make sense, and when a light jacket will help against the wind. Where minute-by-minute precipitation data is available, Lumi lets you know when rain is about to start or ease, and it gives you a heads-up when rain looks likely tomorrow. Forecasts that are easy to read The Today screen shows the coming hours at a glance. The hourly view adds the day's temperature curve with feels-like temperature, rain chance, UV and wind for every hour, plus a 7-day forecast. The Get Ready checklist turns the conditions into a short list of what to wear and what to bring, from sunglasses to rain boots, and you can share it in a tap. Weather wherever you are Save the places you go most, such as home, work or the park, and switch between them instantly. Add Lumi to your Home Screen or Lock Screen as a widget, check the current temperature on Apple Watch, and set a daily reminder for the time that suits your morning. Scenes that change with the sky Lumi, a friendly character, dresses for the conditions, putting on a sun hat, a raincoat or a scarf, or holding an umbrella. Illustrated scenes follow the weather and the time of day, from bright days and clear nights to rain, fog, storms and snow. Private by design No account is needed. There are no ads and no third-party analytics. Your places and settings stay on your device, and your location is used only to get the weather where you are, never for advertising or tracking. One-time unlock, no subscription The Today screen, with the outing score, verdict, ideal time to go out, tips and daily reminder, works right away. A one-time in-app unlock adds the hourly view, the full 7-day forecast, the Get Ready checklist, multiple saved places and the hours ahead on Apple Watch. There is no subscription, and Family Sharing is supported. Lumi Weather is available in more than 40 languages and can follow your system language or one you choose. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit. Forecasts are for reference only, so please check the conditions around you before heading out. Optimized for iPhone Duo.
