About NexSpace 365

• The dashboard loads faster, gives up instead of hanging on a bad connection, and offers a Retry button when something fails. • My Submissions is rebuilt: timesheets and invoices on one page, grouped by month, with real filters, and invoices show their actual amount. • New Activity page: what happened across your facilities, with shifts, timesheets, onboarding and facility changes. • Facilities can be taken out of service and put back, with a preview of who it affects. • Permissions are easier to manage, and new team members start with the permissions that match their role. • Timesheets waiting for approval appear in the Approvals inbox for facility admins. • Workers only see and request shifts at facilities they're approved for. • Notifications fit your phone, and the AI assistant tells you what it's doing while it works. • Your profile always shows your own details and your actual role. • Attachments, referral links and QR codes open properly. • Platform admins: AI usage shows each organization's voice-minute terms, live overage, a month-end projection and month-by-month history. • CRM: changing a record's owner needs the change-owner permission, and a deal moves to a stage only once that stage's requirements are met. • Privacy and security: dashboards, shifts, CRM, compliance and profiles stay within your own organization and facilities, and sign-in links can no longer send you somewhere else. • Stability improvements behind the scenes.
