Humm: Daily Affirmations

Humm is a calm place to begin again. A free, ad-free space for daily affirmations — one gentle moment to reset, whenever you need it. No accounts. No paywalls. No ads. Your words stay on your device. Most affirmation apps greet you with a subscription and a wall of ads. Humm doesn't. Everything is free, forever, and the whole app works fully offline — on a flight, on the trail, or with your phone in airplane mode. A QUIET DAILY MOMENT Open Humm to a single affirmation chosen for today. Swipe for more whenever you like. Soft surfaces, generous space, and unhurried motion — the opposite of a noisy, cluttered feed. CHOOSE WHAT SPEAKS TO YOU Browse affirmations across categories — confidence, calm, gratitude, self-worth, and more. Pick the themes that fit your life, and Humm draws from those. GENTLE REMINDERS Set reminders for the times that suit you — morning, midday, or before bed. Choose how often. They encourage; they never nag, shame, or pile on pressure. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND WRIST Add a Humm widget to your home or lock screen for a calm word at a glance. Wear it on Apple Watch and carry today's affirmation with you. Favorite a card to keep it close. MAKE IT YOURS Save the lines that land in your own collections. Set your own background photos. Share a card as an image to anyone, anywhere. GENTLE BY DESIGN Track a streak if it helps — but a missed day is forgiven, never punished. Progress here is celebrated, not policed. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no Humm server and no account. Nothing you do is tracked or uploaded. "Cloud backup" means a file you export to your own iCloud Drive, encrypted with a passphrase only you hold. Privacy isn't a setting in Humm — it's how the app is built. Free. Ad-free. Offline. Yours. Take this one with you today.
