BellGo Track App

BellGo Track – Staff Attendance & GPS Shifts BellGo Track is the attendance and shift app for hotel teams. Staff punch in and out in seconds, see their shifts at a glance, and manage leave and requests from their phone. Managers see who is on duty, where, and for how long, live. FOR STAFF • Punch in and out with face verification. A quick selfie confirms it's really you. • See your current and upcoming shifts, with date, hours, work location and a live countdown to your next shift. • Take breaks and request overtime from the shift card. • Apply for leave and raise exit or punch-correction requests, and follow their status. • View your attendance history, monthly summary and payslips. • Upload shift activities and complete assigned tasks. • Get notified about approvals, announcements and shift changes. FOR MANAGERS AND ADMINS • Live attendance: see who is on duty, on break, late or not yet punched in. • Live map of staff on duty, with each work location's boundary. • Replay any shift's route and timeline. • Set up work locations with geofenced boundaries. • Approve leave, overtime and requests on the go. • Manage staff, rosters, shifts and salary settings. • Filter everything by work location and department. LOCATION AND PRIVACY BellGo Track uses your location only while you are punched in for a shift, to record attendance at your work location. Tracking stops when you punch out. You can see at any time whether location sharing is on, right in the app header. BUILT FOR THE WORKPLACE • Works on older and budget phones. • Clear offline indicator, so you always know when you're not connected. • Your organisation controls which features each role can use. BellGo Track requires an account from your organisation. Contact your HR or admin team to get access.
