Ledger: Credential Tracker

Point your camera at a CE certificate. Ledger does the rest. Ledger is the fastest, most private way for licensed professionals — nurses, NPs, physicians, PAs, therapists, teachers, CPAs, attorneys, EMS, and more — to keep every license, certification, and continuing-education credit current. SCAN IT. DONE. Snap a photo, pick from your library, or import PDFs. Apple Intelligence reads the title, provider, hours, completion date, and category — entirely on your device. Confidence scores flag anything worth a second look before you save. BULK IMPORT YOUR BACKLOG Select a pile of PDFs or photos and Ledger parses them while you browse. High-confidence certificates file themselves; the rest queue for a quick review. COMPLIANCE AT A GLANCE Fitness-style rings show exactly where each credential stands. One CE activity can count toward multiple licenses at once — log it once, it fills every ring it satisfies. Requirement templates prefill the rules for dozens of licenses (state RN/LPN, MD/DO CME, PA-C, NP recert, PT, pharmacist, CNA, EMS, CPA, attorney CLE, and more). REMINDERS THAT PACE YOU Not just deadline alarms. Ledger nudges you monthly when you're behind pace and stays quiet when you're on track. A context-aware dashboard headline tells you the one number that matters today. FITS YOUR BOARD'S RULES CE due on a different schedule than your license renewal? A topic with its own timeline, like suicide-prevention hours every 6 years? Ledger tracks each on its own clock. With Pro, your transcript saves to Files automatically when a CE period ends. AUDIT-READY IN ONE TAP Export a beautiful PDF transcript with your certificates embedded, or a CSV of everything. Verify licenses against official registries and stamp the date. YOUR INFORMATION STAYS PRIVATE No accounts. No servers. Your documents never leave your devices — scanning and AI run on-device, and optional sync uses your private iCloud. Ledger only sends anonymous usage counts (like "a credential was added") to help improve the app — never your name, your credentials, or your documents. Plus: home and lock screen widgets, Siri shortcuts ("Log CE in Ledger"), light/dark themes, accent colors, and full Dynamic Type support. LEDGER PRO — Free includes 2 credentials and 20 CE records. Pro unlocks unlimited credentials and records, audit-ready PDF/CSV export, and custom reminder cadences: $3.99/month, $24.99/year (7-day free trial), or $69.99 once, forever. Requirement templates are starting points from published board rules — always verify with your board.
