What’s new
Version 1.4 · Updated August 16, 2026
Starting a session is now one tap and one choice: Training, Gym or Cardio. Each one opens the right screen for the work you're actually doing. New — speak your session notes. Hold the mic, talk, let go. The transcription happens on your device; nothing is recorded, uploaded or stored. Your journey, trophy room, shareable card, AI insights and injury log are now reachable from the home screen. They were built but buried. Qruza Classic has been rebuilt for readability — section labels, captions and secondary text were too pale against the light background and are now properly legible. Also in this release: • The live timer now starts when you pick your session type, not before, so your logged duration is accurate • Calendar markers use distinct shapes as well as colours, so they're readable if you're colour-blind • Wellness check-in has larger, easier targets and now warns you if a save fails instead of losing it silently • Faster, clearer loading throughout — screens show what's coming instead of looking empty • Your training summary no longer leads with a negative comparison. A lighter week is a taper, not a failure.
