Reflect: Trading Journal

Most trading journals track your trades. Reflect tracks you. Every P&L problem starts before the first trade of the day — in how you slept, how stressed you are, whether you followed your plan. Reflect is the only trading journal that captures both sides: your trades and the morning state that shaped them. **THE MORNING CHECK-IN** 60 seconds before the open. Tap your mood, stress and energy. Log your habits. Sleep is auto-filled from Apple Health if you wear a smartwatch — Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Garmin, anything that syncs to Apple Health. Your readiness score (0–100) is computed from your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and your own rolling baselines. **DISCIPLINE ENGINE** Set your rules once — trader type, daily loss limit, max trades, your systems, your instruments. Every trade is checked against those rules the moment you log it. Break a rule and the trade is flagged, the day is marked, and the cost shows up in your analytics. **TRADES & CALENDAR** Tap any day to see its trades. Long-press to log straight onto a day. Partial exits and multiple fills supported. The calendar colours every day by P&L and marks deviation days. **ANALYTICS THAT MATTER** Win rate, profit factor, expectancy, R-multiples, max drawdown. Plus: your P&L on clean days versus deviation days; your win rate by how well you slept; which habits correlate with better trading. **GENERATE REPORTS** One tap produces a branded performance report — HTML or PDF, shareable. **YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE** No account. No server. No cloud. Everything stored only on your device. Backup to iCloud Drive any time. Reflect is a personal performance journal for educational purposes. It does not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or investment recommendations. Trading involves risk.
