About Atlas: Lift, Level Up

Your progress, mapped. Your training, a game you can see. Atlas turns every workout into XP on a living 3D muscle map. Log a set and the muscles you trained light up, then cool as they recover. Your Atlas moves like your body does: keep showing up and it burns brighter, your level climbs, and your streak holds. TRAIN - Log sets fast: a plate-aware 3D barbell loader, dumbbells, machines, or a quick manual view - Build routines and weekly splits, or start a quick workout in seconds - Supersets and dropsets with round-by-round flow and smart rest - Rest timer on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island - Automatic PR detection and an estimated 1RM chart for every lift - GPS cardio for runs, walks, and rides. Distance and pace in real time, and your route never leaves your phone. LEVEL UP - Earn XP for every set, with a bonus for sets taken to failure - Climb 100 levels across ten tiers, from Iron to Apex - Unlock achievements and build your badge wall - Streaks with built-in grace days. Life happens; the forge stays lit. YOUR CREW - A social circle built for camaraderie and encouragement, no drive-by toxicity - Share workouts, react, comment, and save a friend's workout to your vault - No calorie policing. No shame mechanics. No comparing you to strangers. ON YOUR WRIST - Full Apple Watch app: log sets, run the rest timer, track cardio distance and pace - One tap to sign in from your phone - Finished workouts save to Apple Health Free to train. What’s new

Version 1.1.0 · Updated October 12, 2026

Share the work. Celebrate the climb. New share cards put your workouts, personal records, achievements and 3D muscle map in the spotlight. Your tier or chosen color carries through, with sharper exports and clearer layouts. Preview your card, save it, or send it through your phone's share sheet. Supported Instagram and Facebook Stories composers open directly from Atlas, so your next training milestone can travel with you. Both 3D anatomy models have been refined, with clearer muscle-zone color and improved contrast for lighter themes, including Silver. This update also improves sharing privacy and referral links. Lift. Level Up.
