The Standard-Daily Stewardship

The Standard is a daily stewardship app designed specifically for Christian men serious about honoring God with their bodies, their time, and their presence at home. This is not a Bible app or a generic habit tracker. It is a daily accountability tool that holds your six core habits and your faith together in one place, without the noise. EVERY MORNING Open the app to your daily scripture verse and your six habits. One screen with a clear picture of what today requires. THE SIX HABITS Six behaviors that define the man you said you were building: • Spend Time With God Daily — give Him the first of your day, not the leftovers • Move Your Body Regularly — strength train and hit your daily steps • Worship While You Move — turn your training and commute into something more • Fill Your Mind With Truth — guard what you let in • Fuel Your Body With Intention — 30-40g of protein per meal, eating for performance • Prioritize Rest — protect 7-8 hours and fuel tomorrow's output THE DAILY EXAMEN End each day with a structured five-step reflection rooted in the Ignatian tradition: • Gratitude — what from today are you grateful for? • Petition — what do you need from God as you close this day? • Review — where did you draw close to God? Where did you pull away? • Forgiveness — what do you want to bring to God and leave there? • Resolve — what's one thing you want to do differently tomorrow? Every step is optional. Every response is private. Nothing is shared. WEEKLY REFLECTION Choose your day. The app pulls your habit data and Examen responses from the week and presents them back to you. One closing prompt: What do you want to carry into the next week? YOUR DATA, YOUR PRIVACY Everything you write stays on your device and your account. No social feed. No sharing. No broadcasting. This is built for the man who wants the evidence for himself. PREMIUM Unlock the ability to add your own custom habits beyond the core six, add daily notes to remember what He presented you with today, record your daily examen responses, access your last 7 days of data, and remove all friction from the experience. Built by Spencer Gallo of Gallo Fitness for the man who is done making excuses and ready to close the gap between the man he says he is and the man he actually shows up as every day. --- Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://go.gallofitness.com/app-privacy Subscription details: The Standard Premium unlocks the full Daily Examen, Weekly Reflection, Daily Notes, and Custom Habits. • Monthly — $5.99 per month, auto-renewing • Yearly — $49.99 per year, auto-renewing Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
