InnGrid: B&B Booking Calendar

Still keeping your bookings in a spreadsheet? InnGrid is the booking calendar small hosts move to — apartments, guesthouses, B&Bs, cottages, farm stays, glamping, hostels. Free forever. No account. No per-room fees. See a month of occupancy at a glance: a rooms × days board, reservation bars colored by status, today always in view. Add a reservation in three taps. The calendar works fully offline — your data stays on your device. THE CALENDAR IS FREE, FOREVER • Occupancy board with week, two-week, and month zoom — unlimited rooms and bookings • Reservations with guest, dates, price, advance, source, and notes • Several rooms in one booking, plus same-day day stays — and a day-stay range that adds one entry per day • Meals per booking — breakfast, lunch, dinner — with a daily Kitchen today count • Double-booking protection — overlapping confirmed stays are refused, a conflict is impossible to miss • Date picker that shades already-occupied nights • Guest directory with stay history and a returning-guest badge • Search by guest name or phone • Monthly and yearly revenue, advances, and occupancy stats — with shareable reports • Day plan: a daily housekeeping list for your cleaner — arrivals, departures, and turnovers — shareable as plain text • Tick rooms off as they are cleaned: assign a turnover or departure to whoever is cleaning it, then see the time and who did it • Optional reminders: arrivals today and tomorrow, unpaid advances • Today widget on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen: arrivals and departures at a glance • Rooms with colors, capacity, and custom order • 24 languages PREMIUM (optional — try it free for 14 days) • Booking.com, Airbnb, Google Calendar and any site with an iCal link: their bookings appear on your board (read-only; a clash with your own booking is always flagged) — and each room gets its own occupancy link to paste into those sites, so they see which nights are taken. Only the word "Reserved" is shared, never guest names. • Run it on several devices at once — iPhone, iPad and Mac always show the same, up-to-date calendar • Share a building's calendar with a co-host — they see it, or even edit it, on their own Apple Account, free for them. You choose per person: view, or view and edit. Or keep a Google Sheet of your bookings on your own Google Drive — for a partner without an iPhone, and a separate one, without names or prices, for whoever cleans. • Invite staff. A cleaner or cook sees only the day plan — rooms to turn over and meals — never your bookings, guest names or prices. They tick rooms off and you see it. • Multiple buildings on one board — every property's rooms, grouped under its name • iCloud backup & sync across your devices — your reservations live in your own private iCloud CONNECT & PROTECT YOUR DATA • Back up your data — export a full backup or a CSV spreadsheet and import it back later. Free. • Export your calendar as an .ics file to open in Apple Calendar or another app. Free. • Share a booking confirmation with your guest: preview and edit the text, then share it by Messages, WhatsApp or email. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Made for hosts who want a calendar that just works.
