About CoDA Recovery Companion

Find recovery and connection on your journey through Co-Dependents Anonymous. Whether you are learning to set boundaries, recovering from people-pleasing, or discovering who you are outside of your relationships, this companion app is built to support your daily walk in CoDA. Please Note: This app is a privately developed companion tool built by and for members of the recovery community. It is not officially endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Co-Dependents Anonymous, Inc. (CoDA). It is designed to complement — not replace — your active participation in face-to-face meetings, working with a sponsor, and studying official fellowship literature. FOR ALL OF US Codependency is a learned pattern — one that can be unlearned. CoDA teaches us to love ourselves, set healthy limits, and stop abandoning ourselves for the approval of others. This app gives you a quiet, anonymous, and secure space to do that work. WHAT'S INSIDE • Recovery Tracker: Track your time in CoDA recovery and celebrate personal milestones. • Interactive 12 Steps: Work through all Twelve Steps from a codependency lens, with guided journaling and inventories. • Daily Inventory: A nightly check-in to notice where you lost yourself, over-gave, or struggled with limits. • Spot Check: A grounding tool for moments of obsession, people-pleasing urges, or emotional overwhelm. • Gratitude Log: Build a daily gratitude practice focused on your own growth. • Speaker Tapes: Stream hundreds of CoDA speaker tapes — stories of people who found themselves again. • Readings Library: Daily reflections, affirmations, and CoDA-inspired passages. • Meeting Finder: Find CoDA meetings online and near you. • Higher Power: A private space to define and connect with your own understanding of a Higher Power. ANONYMOUS BY DESIGN • No accounts, no email, no phone number required. • All data stored locally on your device — never on our servers. • Optional Face ID / passcode lock.
