ShelterSync

About ShelterSync

New in this version: - Recent notes: an animal's page shows the last 10 notes volunteers and staff wrote about it, with the date and never the writer's name, and your own visits and minutes with it. Tap Report on a note that shouldn't be there: it's hidden from volunteers until staff look at it. Under the Notes box, a line reminds you that other volunteers will see your note, without your name. - Out now and Not out today: two new filters on the animal list, and each animal shows how long it has been out of its kennel today. While an animal is out, its page says where it is and who it's with. - Care tags: an animal's page lists its care tags, and the list shows the ones your shelter chooses, such as "Harness required". - A whole litter at once: if your shelter tracks litters, Start activity on a littermate offers The whole litter, with one timer and one end for all of them. Each animal still gets its own record. - Log an item: while you're with an animal in its kennel, Log an item records something you hand in, without ending your visit. - Handling tiers are now called Easy, Medium and Expert. - If you try to sign in before setting your password, the app now tells you what to do and offers Forgot password. - Deleting your data: the screen now says plainly what is removed and what the shelter keeps, and the difference between leaving one shelter and deleting your account.
