Added a progress menu to see how damaged the moon is, and how much scrap you need for the next missile! Access it by pressing the moon icon on the progress bar before or after a dredge run! Bug fixes: fixed getting stuck in a loop on your first missile game after destroying the moon. Small visual changes to some tutorials.
