About Bridgedeck Logbook
Bridgedeck Logbook is the sea-service logbook built for seafarers — a simple, reliable way to record your time at sea and keep it with you for your whole career. Whether you're a cadet logging your first voyage or an experienced deck or engineer officer, Bridgedeck keeps your sea time, watches, voyages and certificates in one place — and it works completely offline, so you can log a watch mid-ocean with no signal. LOG EVERY SEA DAY • Record voyages, vessels, watches and ports in seconds • Track days aboard on your active voyage in real time • Works fully offline; syncs securely when you're back online KNOW YOUR SEA TIME • Automatic totals by gross tonnage (GT), power (kW) and rank • Set your own sea-time targets and track your progress • Monthly breakdowns of your time at sea STAY CURRENT • Keep every certificate in one place • Get reminders before they expire — never get caught out • Keep photos of your certificates in the vault (Pro) — stored on your device only, never uploaded EXPORT YOUR SEA SERVICE • Generate a Sea Service Testimonial in the MSN 1858 Annex E format straight from your logbook — ready to print and sign in ink • A clean, professional PDF that's yours to keep and share BUILT FOR SEAFARERS • Free for your first 100 sea days — Bridgedeck Pro (annual) unlocks unlimited logging • Your existing records are always free to view and export • Deck and engine; merchant and yacht • Your data stays yours — your logbook backs up privately to the cloud, and certificate photos never leave your device Download Bridgedeck Logbook, log your next watch, and never lose a day of sea time. Bridgedeck Pro is an optional auto-renewing annual subscription that unlocks unlimited logging after your first 100 sea days. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. What’s new
Version 1.7.1 · Updated September 8, 2026
Set-up now gets you logging in under a minute. • Add your ship during set-up — on board now or between contracts — log your first voyage, and set a sea-time goal, before you reach the home screen. • Sea-day totals are now exact across daylight-saving changes. If you sailed through a spring clock change, a day could previously be missed from your totals. Every figure now counts correctly — worth a look if you have already submitted a testimonial. • Cloud backup now recovers on its own when a session expires offshore, instead of quietly pausing. • Your logbook is no longer cleared if a sign-in expires while entries are still waiting to back up. • Set-up is now fully translated in every supported language.
