About Dear Jane
For those who know Jane Austen by heart. Read AITA-style confessions from Austen's world, pass judgement, then name the culprit. Discover who you'd be with personality quizzes, test your knowledge of the novels, and weigh in on the debates. As you play, rise from a new arrival in Meryton to an Austen aficionado, tracking your completed scandals, finished quizzes, and Society Honours earned for your judgement, wit, and thorough reading. Made independently by a lifelong Jane Austen fan, for everyone who never quite left Meryton. The assembly awaits!
What’s new
Version 1.0.2 · Updated September 12, 2026
A few correspondents felt that the language used in AITA was not becoming of polite Regency society. Their objections have been heard! AITA now appears as Am I The Antagonist? Prefer the old language? Simply enable Strong Language in Settings and restore it to its full scandalous glory. And speaking of correspondence, it has now taken up residence on the Profile screen, where it may be more easily found.
